Position: Warehouse Assistant
Location: Eagan, MN, in-person
Reports to: Manager of Warehouse Logistics + Operations
Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm (flexible)
Pay: $20 - $25 p/h
Car Needed: Yes
Overview: We are seeking a proactive, organized, forward thinking, big picture hands-on Warehouse Assistant to assist our Warehouse Manager with daily operations and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

  • Daily warehouse functions: receiving, storage, shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse.
  • Handle light maintenance tasks (e.g., light bulbs, toilet fixes).
  • Manage snow/ice/rain tasks as needed.
  • Replenish job boxes and stock supplies.
  • Ensure trash protocols are followed.
  • Use FLEX Rental Solutions to manage gear.
  • Catalog new gear and integrate into warehouse.
  • Maintain case kit accuracy per content builder.
  • Perform light LED repair and gear prep with techs.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Prep and pack rolling cases for trade shows.
  • Receive returns, clean/test gear, and restock.
  • Coordinate full order cycle and schedule couriers.
  • Track all shipments and take gear photos.
  • Monitor storage containers for incomplete case kits.
  • Work with project managers to pull sheets and ship manifests.

Communication & Reporting

  • Notify project managers of gear status (missing, damaged, OOC).
  • Recap emails to MN operations manager with outbound/inbound info.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree in logistics/supply chain preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years warehouse experience.
  • AV experience: Not required, but a plus (training provided).
  • Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory systems (FLEX Rental Solutions a plus).
