This Position reports to the Warehouse Fulfilment Assistant and the director to manage all aspects of warehouse management.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

1) active participation in warehouse space planning with colleagues
2) have basic knowledge of the use of computer software to process orders
3) Gain experience managing a warehouse from start to end process

Individual will be involved in:
Receive, Inspect, and store incoming stocks
Conduct stock take from time to time to ensure accuracy
Pick and pack orders for delivery
scan ready parcels for courier company to pick up parcels
process returns in a timely manner according to company policy
Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse
Operate warehouse equiptment such as pallet jack
ensure proper labelling of all incoming stocks
make use of the ERP system to generate shipping labels and identify the SKU
Any other duties related to warehousing
