About the Role Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the role will play a critical part in supporting warehouse operations through the safe and efficient handling of goods using powered industrial equipment. The role will ensure the safe receipt, storage and timely dispatch of goods; also ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are met for the Warehouse and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, legislative compliance, and coordination What You Will Do Ensure all forklift operations are conducted in accordance with legislative requirements, manufacturer specifications, and site protocols. Support warehouse logistics by executing timely and precise movement of goods, pallets, bins, and bulk items. Support receivables and dispatch processes by staging goods, verifying documentation, and assisting with load preparation. Contribute to inventory accuracy through stock rotation, replenishment, and participation in physical counts and reconciliation activities. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in ensuring documentation on inventory transactions are kept at all times. Verification of stocks received against requisitions and Purchase Orders and ensuring required product quality / specifications are met. Who You Are To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Valid Forklift License with demonstrated operational proficiency. Hands-on experience in warehousing and logistics, including goods movement, dispatch, and receivables. Inventory management exposure, including stock rotation, reconciliation, and documentation. Understanding of transport coordination, including staging, load planning, and delivery scheduling. Working knowledge of safety protocols in warehouse environments, including PPE, hazard identification, and equipment handling. Capability to organise daily tasks with minimum supervision.
