JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will handle the storage, preparation, and dispatch of pipe fittings, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in the warehouse.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with industrial or plumbing supplies.
  • Ability to read and interpret orders, packing slips, and inventory documents.
  • Physical fitness to lift and move heavy items.
  • A forklift ticket is highly desirable (or willingness to obtain).
  • Driver license
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OH&S compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming pipe fittings and related products.
  • Store items in the correct locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring the correct products and quantities.
  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely .
  • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including manual handling and OH&S requirements.
  • Collaborate with other warehouse staff and office teams to ensure smooth operations.
