THE OPPORTUNITY:

As part of the exciting launch of our new office and warehouse for the Oceania subsidiary, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Park Ridge, Queensland. You will play an important role in supporting the daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth logistics and inventory processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations
  • Good understanding of inventory handling and warehouse workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Clear communication and a proactive approach to teamwork
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Valid Forklift License – required
Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up the warehouse, including layout design and process implementation
  • Support daily operations including receiving, unpacking containers, and loading/unloading deliveries
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
  • Coordinate courier deliveries and customer pickups as required
  • Maintain strong working relationships with local transport providers
  • Assist in resolving shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies
  • Conduct routine stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Follow company safety procedures and local OH&S regulations
  • Generate invoices and packing lists using Oracle-based ERP system
  • Answer phone calls and provide general administrative support when required
