Be the force behind smooth dispatch, smart storage and seamless operations In this role, you will be responsible for making sure supplies stock, materials packages and products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely as per HSE requirements. Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to: Process orders and oversee cycle of order fulfilment Ensure all warehouse/Logistics activities are performed fully in compliance with group e-convention and ISO requirements Monitor and improve performance to ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met. Inventory monitoring and control of Finished Goods Ensuring External warehouse Outbound and Inbound activities are maintained and replenished. Planning deliveries from External warehouse. Ensuring that all Warehouse documentation duties are carried out efficiently. Work closely with Customer Care Department to assure all orders are fulfilled in the most timely and efficient manner possible. Assisting the Storekeeper in all day-to-day activities like delivery planning, perpetual count, return acceptance and posting, MTT orders processing and follow up etc. Ensure that the orders mentioned in the Dashboard for delivery are delivered within the same day. Responsible for delivery planning. Take cares of the week-end urgent local and Vessel delivery and co-ordinates with the Vessel agent for the supply. To assure that all delivery notes are processed and passed across to CSD/Logistics back office to ensure that they can issue the invoice as quickly as possible. Ensures that all the return material are accepted and posted as per the return policy To ensure that the stores area always works with HSE at the forefront of everything it does This role will be based in Sharjah (UAE) and will report to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor. Furthermore, we expect that you have Graduate in commerce or equivalent Minimum 3 years of professional experience within a warehousing and export activity will be a plus Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English Disciplined, good communication, highly collaborative team player Resilience under pressure while handling multiple projects and deadlines Cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills Application and further information For further information on Hempel, please visit hempel.com.
