JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products within the warehouse. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that the warehouse remains organised and tidy. You will assist in the assembly, installation, and dismantling of exhibition stands at various events and trade shows. Working under the guidance of senior installers, you will contribute to ensuring that our clients’ exhibition spaces are set up to the highest standards and in accordance with their specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Pick, check & pack jobs ready for our install team to take to site in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and report damages to the warehouse manager
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised and follow safety guidelines.
  • Receive incoming shipments checking contents against the accompanying documentation.
  • Ensure all items are properly labelled and scanned in and out of the warehouse.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of exhibition materials and equipment.
  • Help assemble and install exhibition stands and displays according to design plans and specifications.
  • Handle and transport exhibit components with care to prevent damage.
  • Assist in dismantling exhibition stands and packing materials for transport.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
    Due to the nature of the exhibition industry and the unusual hours it keeps, total flexibility is required. Weekend work will be required when needed and your working hours may change from week to week. Notice of working hours will be given usually 2 weeks or more in advance.
    Full training will be provided and no previous experience is needed.
