JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient distribution and management of inventory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to analyze operational performance. Proficiency in English, as it will enhance communication within our diverse team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role is preferred (at least 2years) .
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

    1. Receiving & Shipping Management: Oversee the receipt and dispatch of shipping containers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in handling shipments.


      1. Inventory Control: Maintain inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure the storage system is efficient and organized.


        1. Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse, assign daily tasks, and provide training to ensure adherence to company policies.


          1. Safety Compliance: Implement safety and security protocols to protect staff and goods, ensuring compliance with regulations.


            1. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to optimize delivery schedules and shipping methods.


              1. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any warehousing issues quickly, including shipment discrepancies and inventory problems, return products
