JOB SUMMARY

At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Warehouse Assistant plays a key role in supporting our daily warehouse operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in receiving, storing, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Tasks may include assisting with general warehouse duties, moving merchandise, and participation in delivery runs. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager, sales team, and operations staff, developing your organizational and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma/GED (Or equivalent experience in a similar role.)
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted. Typically bends, stoops, and/or crouches on a regular basis from various heights to stock or remove products. Must be able to climb steps.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic PC skills with knowledge of MS Office Products preferred.

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order picking.
• Help with inventory tracking and cycle counts.
• Support loading and unloading of materials.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
• Label, store, and organize products properly.
• Learn and follow company safety procedures.
• Operate or assist with basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies).
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and meet operational goals.
• Delivery Ride-Along: The Warehouse Intern will be required to ride-along on deliveries with the truck drivers.
