Business Unit Overview Our Operations unit is the engine room of Superloop - responsible for maintaining and supporting all of our products and internal technical infrastructure to ensure the best possible service to both our customers and our very own business. Our Operations unit is responsible for ensuring that the business has the technical capability and capacity to deliver services to all Superloop customers ranging from Home Broadband to International Wholesale. Key Responsibilities Packing Products: Securely pack items for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit. Labelling: Accurately label packages with shipping information and product details. Return Process: Identify faulty and new products and report accordingly. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks and restock supplies as necessary. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with packing standards. Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve daily packing and shipping goals. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organised work area for safety and efficiency. Qualifications and Experience Previous warehouse or packing experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively Computer literacy for scanning and printing labels.
