• Who we are: Loving Foods is an organic, fermented food and drink manufacturer that require someone to help us as we continue to grow. This is a fast paced role working in the warehouse, picking and packing orders, sometimes working independently.
• What we do: We have a warehouse operation, picking and packing between 50-100 orders each day to ship to customers. Larger, trade orders also require packing up to send out via pallet carriers 2-3 times per week.
• What you’ll do: Operating the computer to print paperwork, picking products from the fridge, bagging them and packing them into boxes. Boxes need assembling, cushioning packs need inflating, pallets need stacking with boxes. We also need someone who is happy to occasionally work in our production kitchen to cover sickness and holidays. Full training will be provided.
• What you need: A basic understanding of how to use a computer. The capability to work on your own. Ability to work quickly but in an organised way and without making mistakes. We are ideally looking for someone to take on the role of Warehouse Manager over time, with responsibility for stock management and oversight, with the potential for increased salary.
• Where we are: We are now operating from our new unit on Lyntown Trading Estate in Eccles.
• What the hours are: We are looking for someone to work around 4-5 days per week, 7-8 hours per day Monday - Friday, for around 35 hours per week. We start at 07:30 and finish around 15:00/15:30 each day.
• What we need: A fit, energetic, friendly, hard-working individual, who is motivated, committed and quick to learn. Some warehouse and picking/packing experience is preferred.
• What we pay: We pay staff more than the National Living Wage, with all full-time staff on a minimum of £13.00 per hour, with regular salary reviews. In addition, we offer a variety of discounts, free products and Cycle to Work scheme.
