JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant with experience in manual receiving processes and forklift operation. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of warehouse experience and a valid Articulated Forklift Certification, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily warehouse operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of warehouse experience in receiving, inventory, and order fulfilment.
  • Valid Articulated Forklift Certification (required).
  • Strong knowledge of manual receiving processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs with an emphasis on Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Perform manual receiving processes, including unloading, verifying, and recording incoming shipments.
  • Operate articulated forklift and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Conduct cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock replenishment as needed.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals and deadlines.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Perform other duties as required.
