• Receive and inspect incoming stock; unpack and verify shipments in line with packing slips.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
• Record and control inventory using warehouse management systems; conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Handle loading/unloading with care, using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) and ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with retail, e-commerce, merchandising teams, and external parties (e.g., freight forwarders) to support smooth flow of goods.
