Title: Warehouse Assistant
Location: Etten-Leur, on-site

Working Hour: 40 hours/week

Job responsibilities but not limited to:

Collection

• Safely collect and load materials into the collection vehicle
• Verify the accuracy of materials against the packing list
• Notify the Warehouse Supervisor or Business Development Manager if there is a discrepancy

Receiving

• Assist and support the forklift driver
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for unloading materials

Weighing

• Assist forklift operator for getting the weight of receiving goods.
• Prepare Receiving and Weighting Reports

Sorting

• Organize and sort received items and check them against the packing list
• Test the materials
• Prepare the sorting list
• Arrange sorted/tested materials in the correct location

Processing

• Operate processing machines (e.g., shredder, baler, etc.) and tools correctly, safely, and efficiently
• Follow the process SOP
• Adhere to the company’s safety rules
• Preserve resources and supplies to minimize waste

Safety, clean and maintenance

• Keep the work environment safe and clean at all times by following procedures, rules, and regulations
• Inform supervisors of defects in parts or equipment to ensure a quick resolution of the issue
• Perform maintenance and servicing of all equipment when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to commit to a flexible schedule and quick arrival for shifts (if applicable)
• Experience with electric and hand tools is a plus
• Basic math and communication skills required

  Contract length: 7 months
  Pay: €14,40 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
