We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Assistant to join our ANZ Operations team based in our [Insert Location] warehouse. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate handling of incoming and outgoing stock, supporting inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment. You will work closely with our Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day activities including stock receipt, order fulfilment, packing, dispatch, and periodic stocktakes. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of accuracy, initiative, and a strong focus on quality and safety. • Monitor levels of stock and order when numbers are low • Have an awareness of stock with higher turnover to maintain suitable levels • Receipt stock into ORACLE • Write stock out of the system if past the expiry date • Coordinate with CS to pick up a customer return (new product) • Check returned products - both the quantity and quality • Where necessary, coordinate and communicate with customers / sales reps / couriers • Receive returning items directly from the sales staff to the Warehouse • Product return form to be approved by Mgt/Finance if over $1500 • Create a new sales order - credit version • Allocate returned stock to either Service, or the Warehouse • Process the product return, and return it to the shelf / current stock • If stock is not saleable, write it out of the system • Conduct the Quarterly stocktake • Physically count all the stock items in the Warehouse • Stop processing and distributing on stocktake day (typically within the first week of the new quarter) • Communicate to relevant parties the intended warehouse shutdown stocktake day • Allocate to the Warehouse staff all pick slips (customer orders) • Pick and Pack • Pick and Pack Accessories • Pack service repairs back to clients • Any items pick packed to be ship confirmed by end of day • Pick and Pack sample / misc items for Sales Staff • When the temp staff is not available, pick and pack AED's and assist with addition duties • Regularly review the in tray for Pick and Pack items • Maintain knowledge of testing AED's • Create consignment note and delivery details via ORACLE • Maintain WHS standards in the Warehouse ZOLL Medical Corporation, an Asahi Kasei Group Company, develops and markets medical devices and software solutions that help advance emergency care and save lives, while increasing clinical and operational efficiencies.
