JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. This position requires physical stamina.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including order fulfillment procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual labour as required for loading and unloading shipments.
  • Work the Stucco station. Floating samples, mixing pails, colour matching, etc.
  • Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
  • Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing products for distribution.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and skid steer in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
