JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and ensure the correct receipt of inventories
• Prepare put-away and pick inventories in a timely manner
• Assist in the operations of all warehousing including stock control, stock inventories, movements and security
• Ensure efficient usage of goods, proper stock rotation and movement of goods
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Receive and issue stock accurately
• Prepare PO to supplier and arrange deliver of goods
• Pack for local delivery through courier services and ensure the goods are accordingly to PO
• Issue goods to customer sales staff
• Lift, carry, load and unload goods
• Conduct daily, monthly and yearly physical stock count and prepare stock count report
• Report damaged or missing inventory to superior
• Update and filling of records and documentation for inventory processing
• Manage all warehouse equipment and tooling
• Maintain proper housekeeping of warehouse and security

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Minimum O level/Diploma qualification
• Computer literate, able to record data in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work OT
