With well-loved brands including Flora & Fauna and Nourished Life, we are now looking for dedicated Warehouse Assistants and/or Senior Warehouse Assistants to join our warehouse operations team.

THE ROLE

As part of our warehouse operations team, you will play an integral role in ensuring efficient and accurate order processing, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of workplace safety. We are hiring at both Warehouse Assistant and Senior Warehouse Assistant levels. Your level will depend on your skills, experience, and ability to take on leadership responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on your level of appointment, responsibilities may include:
- Executing warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
- Supporting and maintaining accurate inventory management systems.
- Participating in training and upskilling programs.
- Maintaining workplace safety and compliance standards.
- Supporting continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
- (Senior Level) Assisting with training, mentoring, and upskilling team members.
- (Senior Level) Supporting the coordination of daily workflow and operational efficiency.
- (Senior Level) Acting as a key contact point for the Warehouse Coordinator or Team Leader.
