Description American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals to assist our Smyrna TN location with the manual loading and unloading of containers. Duties will include but are not limited to; sorting retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping, and staging of pallets. Warehouse experience is preferred. Willing to train. Apply today!! Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break-down totes) Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Report any discrepancies Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Other duties as assigned Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8am-finish Sunday: 7am to finish Must be available and willing to work on Fridays (as needed) Saturday: Closed Peak Schedule: 3 Days Working ; 4 Days Off *** 10 -14 Hour Shifts *** Weekly pay $17.00/hr (weekly pay) Benefits: Health Insurance- after 90 days PTO- (accural starts from day 1 but can not be used until day 90) 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-Demand Pay
