Position Overview: Frank Beverage Gorup is hiring for a 1st shift Warehouse Associate! The Warehouse Associate position is responsible for using the voice pick system to pick individual bottles of spirits and wine quickly, accurately and safely. Job Responsibilities Efficiently and quickly pick customer orders for next day delivery Locate products using voice pick technology Build boxes in an organized and functional manner; use appropriate labels and place labels accurately for scanning Ensure that the correct number and type of product are accurate Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is preferred but not required Experience with forklifts is preferred; ability to obtain company forklift and equipment certifications is required Successful completion of Post-Offer Pre-Employment Physical Assessment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated Strong attention to detail and problem solving Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 45 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 175 pounds on an occasional basis Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to reach, bend, walk, stoop, squat, kneel, and crouch
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently picking customer orders for next day delivery using a voice pick system. Additional duties include locating products, building boxes, and ensuring accuracy in product counts.
