Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Yard Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily operations in both the warehouse and yard, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Working Hours are 7am - 4PM Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Duties: * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments. * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup. * Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems. * Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. * Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Yard Duties: * Load and unload trucks and trailers. * Organize and maintain yard inventory and materials. * Assist with staging materials for delivery or customer pickup. * Perform routine yard maintenance and ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous warehouse or yard experience preferred. * Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems. * Must have valid DL and able to pass a DOT requirements.  Work Environment: * Combination of indoor warehouse and outdoor yard work. * Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions. * Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods.
