OVERVIEW

247 Fulfillment is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced 3PL operation. You’ll be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely shipment to our clients’ customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency under pressure
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or with a team
• Familiarity with warehouse scanners and WMS systems is an asset

• Pick and pack eCommerce orders based on daily fulfillment schedules
• Ensure all items are packed securely, accurately, and according to client-specific guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the packing station and throughout the warehouse
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a team-focused work environment
