Your role & impact: * Operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stack products safely and efficiently. * Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product type. * Handle freight and secure loads in compliance with established safety standards. * Tag, mark, or label stock items and place them in the correct storage locations. * Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies. * Update inventory records in the ERP system accurately and promptly. * Report any inventory discrepancies to management. * Keep the work area organized and compliant with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. * Additional duties as required. What makes you stand out: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Valid forklift license and prior forklift operating experience. * Experience with lumber or panel products is considered an asset. * Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive in a team environment. * Capable of safely lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.
