Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and customer-focused Warehouse Associate to join our client’s logistics team in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods, processing customer orders, and supporting warehouse operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. This role requires previous Shipping and Receiving experience and strong communication skills.

  • Pay Rate: up to $22.00/hour (based on experience)
  • Location: Calgary, AB
  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working at a service counter in the industrial supply sector.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, order entry, inventory systems).
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset
  • Knowledge of bearings, motors, and power transmission products is a strong asset.
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Responsibilities
  • Shipping & Receiving: Accurately receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Order Picking: Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Order Processing: Take customer orders via website, email, and phone.
  • Data Entry: Enter order information accurately into SAP.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service at the service counter, assisting walk-in customers with inquiries and orders.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
  • Forklift Operation: Operate a counterbalance forklift as needed (occasional use)
