Collectively, we are committed to a simple management approach, which influences our company culture and our management style.   Senior Warehouse Associate   Job Responsibilities: * Receiving materials, picking and shipping orders for customers. * Assist with warehouse tasks: Inventory Management, Processing of Receipts, Picking, Put-Away and other assigned tasks. * Must be able to lift up to 50lbs * Conduct inventory counts to maintain accurate inventory. * Operate the following equipment safely and efficiently * Sit down Forklift * Cherry/Order Picker * Electric Walkie * Turret Truck * Assist the shop team in building kits. * Maintaining a well-organized workspace. * Perform functional and visual checks of material. * 5s (housekeeping and safety) * Must be able to operate a scanner. * Must be able to print and pull a floor order. * Meet production standards. * Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: * A high school diploma or GED is required. * Minimum 3 years of Warehouse Associate experience in receiving materials, pulling and shipping orders for customers and in leading or mentoring others. * Must have a Good Driving Record with Valid Driver’s License * Good interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail. * Proficient in operating computer systems. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and stand on your feet for 8 hours * Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate inventory records. * Ability to follow processes and procedures. * Ability to work overtime including weekends as required.
