JOB DESCRIPTION

A Warehouse Associate works under the direct supervision of the Store Manager and is responsible for assessing the parts needs of customers and providing appropriate solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience with dispatching
• Experience with stocking shelves with product
• Experience shipping/receiving product
• Experience using an ERP system
• A valid Manitoba Driver’s License.
• Ability to work well under pressure

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments to both protect company assets and properly service our customers.
• Ensure that all inbound products are received in accordance with an approved purchase order and associated invoices. Once the product is received ensure that it is properly placed on the shelf, in the correct order, in a timely manner so that it can be located when required to complete a sale.
• Ensure both accurate and timely order fulfillment of retail, wholesale & e-commerce orders.
• Assist with the dispatching of orders as required, which may involve physically delivering the order to reduce customer wait times
• Assist with proper retail sales area merchandising, pricing, and stocking.
• Assist with the picking, packing and shipping of all supplier returns throughout the year.
• Contribute to the cleanliness of the work environment by taking initiative when time permits or as instructed or as defined by closing duties.
