This role supports the warehouse team with tasks such as receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, organizing inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately * Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment * Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space * Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) * Assist with loading and unloading deliveries * Follow company policies, safety procedures, and best practices * Communicate effectively with team members and branch staff * Perform other duties as assigned by management ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience preferred * Basic computer skills; ability to learn inventory systems * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team * High school diploma or equivalent required * Forklift experience or certification a plus (or willingness to be trained) ---------------------------------------- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly * Able to bend, stand, squat, and lift for extended periods * Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced warehouse environment ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE OFFER: * Competitive hourly wage * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for growth and advancement within AlarMax * On-the-job training and supportive team environment
