Description American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals to assist at our Smyrna, TN, location with manual container loading and unloading. Duties will include, but are not limited to, sorting & Scanning retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping, and staging of pallets. Warehouse experience is preferred. Apply today!! Warehouse Scanner Experience a MUST Load and unload products safely and efficiently This position requires lots of walking and being on your feet for long periods of time Consistently lift 50 lbs. throughout your shift Accurately scan and document inventory Lead by example to motivate and support team members Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break down totes) Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Report any discrepancies Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: MUST HAVE STEEL-TOE SHOES Handle long hours with consistent lifting Quick learner with a strong work ethic Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude Strong communication skills — must be able to read, understand, and speak English Ability to work well in a team environment Previous warehouse cross-dock SCHEDULE: Sunday - 7:00 am until finish Monday - Thursday 8:00 am until finish May work Friday 8:00 am until finish PAYRATE: $17 an hour Paid Weekly BENEFITS: Health Insurance- after 30 days PTO- (accrual starts from day 1 but cannot be used until day 90) 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-Demand Pay Requirements Must undergo a background check Must be able to pass a drug test Must possess basic reading and math skills Must have an eye for detail Must be able to lift 25+ lbs consistently Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl Must perform other duties as assigned Must have reliable transportation
