Description The Warehouse Associate and Driver will help as needed in warehouse responsibilities and transport parts and packages that weigh up to 50 pounds as needed. FULL BENEFITS, Paid Time Off, and BONUS ELIGIBLE Warehouse Associate and Driver Job Responsibilities: • Accurately receive shipments, verify all parts are ready, stage for shipping • Displays high attention to detail to ensure correct packages are delivered correctly. • Loads delivery vehicle with packages • Ensures that the delivery vehicle is in safe driving condition. Reports service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor. • Assists in general warehouse duties. • Keep the lockers clean and organized including by taking trash and package returns. • Be flexible in the daily routine due to business needs. • Enter detailed notes on where packages are staged which include photos on an APP. • Follow all Encon service standards of Safety, Accuracy, Professionalism, Responsiveness and Productivity. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience • High school diploma/GED • Ability to drive safely. • Ability to use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps. • Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision. • Able to always remain professional and courteous. • High attention to detail Eligibility Requirements • This position requires a valid driver’s license. • Employment/education will be verified. • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. • Encon is a drug free workplace and requires post-offer pre-employment drug testing. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. • Must be able to load and unload packages with and without dollies in various types of weather

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate and Driver will receive shipments, verify parts, and stage them for shipping. They will also load delivery vehicles and assist with general warehouse duties.
