Role Summary Responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound processing, QC, inventory management, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and system reconciliation. The role ensures inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, process compliance, and timely dispatch while maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Manage receiving, QC, putaway, and inventory control. * Execute cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy resolution. * Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders. * Maintain Shopify/WMS status updates and system reconciliations. * Generate inventory, dispatch, and operational reports. * Coordinate with Logistics, Procurement, and Technology teams. * Drive process improvements and ensure SOP compliance. Key KPIs * Inventory Accuracy * Shrinkage Control * Picking & Packing Accuracy * QC Defect Rate * Receiving & GRN Accuracy * Dispatch Accuracy * System Reconciliation Accuracy * Cycle Count Completion * Equipment Uptime * DOH Forecast Accuracy Preferred Experience * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. * 3–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfilment. * Good understanding of order management and warehouse processes. * Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and tracking. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and identify process * improvements. * Good coordination and communication skills. * Experience with OMS/WMS platforms (Unicommerce, Shiprocket, Shipfast, etc.) * is a must.
