Description As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral member of AD Chemco’s dynamic warehouse and production team based in Jerome. Essential Responsibilities: General Warehouse Labor Production Packaging. Container strip and wash. Accurately label and wrap products. Accurately track product shelf counts. Warehouse cleanliness at all times. Cross train in all warehouse and production areas. Assist with outgoing and incoming freight. Good communication skills working with office administrators, product planning, and Quality Control, to ensure the outgoing product is manufactured safely, accurately, and efficiently. Ability to meet minimum requirements for forklift certification. Working Conditions: The applicant will work inside a manufacturing warehouse 100% of the time. No swing or grave shifts. Monday to Friday Requirements Required Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. Ability to work as a team member, assisting the team to meet daily production benchmarks. Ability to keep busy and manage daily workload efficiently. Sense of urgency, organizational skills, and professional presence. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Maintains a positive attitude. Remains open-minded, upbeat, and trainable at all times. High School diploma, GED, or qualifying warehouse/production experience. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to multitask and be flexible. Previous warehouse and production experience. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) in a production setting. Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities. Applicant must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time. Applicant must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds independently and one hundred (100) pounds with assistance. Must be able to pass a full background check. Must be able to take and pass a physical agility test and drug test.
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Associate will perform general warehouse labor, production, and packaging tasks, including washing containers, labeling products, tracking shelf counts, and maintaining cleanliness.
