Description

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for general warehouse responsibilities to include inventory control, loss prevention, as well as shipping and receiving documentation. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record. RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee the rotation of inventory within the warehouse by preparing shipments, stage and verify incoming material, and use powered industrial equipment (forklift, hand-crane, pallet jack, shrink wrap machine, etc.) * Load and unload goods to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles in an organized and efficient manner * Notify managers of any major maintenance issues encountered * Properly use Timekeeping App to ensure appropriate and accurate time-management * Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the company's safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures * Ensure that all safety procedures remain a priority by maintaining a clean and organized workspace * Obtain and maintain forklift certification REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma/GED required * MUST be a team player * 1+ years of prior warehouse and forklift experience * Must pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. at a time * Able to operate GPS, an electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc. * Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful * Customer service skills and ability to represent the company in an appropriate manner BENEFITS * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Company Paid Life Insurance * Disability Insurance * 401(k) with employer matching * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off * Referral Bonus Program
