Description The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing inventory, organizing materials, and supporting the Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical departments. This role ensures that technicians have the parts, tools, and materials they need to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials, parts, and equipment for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical departments Pick, pack, and stage materials for job sites based on work orders and technician requests Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts Organize warehouse shelving, bins, and storage areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility Prepare and load materials for delivery or field technicians Assist with returns, transfers, and disposal of excess or damaged materials Support field technicians with parts or tools as needed Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse at all times Follow all company safety procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials Report inventory shortages, damaged items, or supply issues to the Warehouse Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Prior warehouse experience, preferably in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical supply Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Forklift experience a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Basic computer skills for inventory tracking Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple departments
