Overview: Due to an exciting period of expansion, we are on the hunt for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity where the right candidate will play an integral role in the delivery of 3PL Solutions for multiple of our Fortune 500 clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with “Ready to help” attitude in team environment and “Can do” independently
• Use email to identify incoming deliveries and client requests
• Use of the warehouse system to ensure stock levels are inputted, maintained and depleted precisely;
• Checking, QC, inbounding purchase orders and returns
• Packing and storing all Inbounded stock
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Book & Dispatch freight on correct freight forwarding service to deliver on schedule
• Demonstrate and follow safety procedures & cleanliness to environment
• Operate safely and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

ROLE REQUIREMENTS - ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to communicate confidently and openly with colleagues and clients
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment facilitating change
• Correct use of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Computer literacy and learning is a must, working on the cloud CRM Software & Google Docs & Sheets - similar to Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Conduct duties using RF scanners, laptop and mobile
• Current Forklift License (LF) required
• The Warehouse Operator must be able to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and work in a variety of environments
