Job Description The Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping and receiving HVAC equipment, parts, and packing materials to designated departments and locations. This role also includes maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and performing incoming inspection functions when applicable. Job Responsibilities Operate power forklifts, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely Receive and unload incoming materials; operate banding and wrapping equipment as needed Verify and record counts of incoming and outgoing materials in the operating system; report discrepancies Pick, verify, and stage orders for next-day deliveries Handle empty skids, pallets, and miscellaneous dunnage; stack or store as required Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storage yard Assist with packing and shipping daily UPS orders Perform daily production cycle counts as directed Report material shortages and assist with periodic inventory counts May deliver products using a company-provided vehicle Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment Forklift experience required; must complete company certification post-hire Preferred Qualifications: Ability to operate motorized forklifts, hand trucks, small tools, pallets, and computer terminals Strong organizational and multitasking skills Customer service experience is a plus Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to perform essential physical tasks throughout the workday, including: Lifting materials weighing up to 100 lbs. Standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time Climbing up and down stairs and ladders as needed Working in different climates and weather conditions Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of materials during shift operations Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans *Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
