What You Will Be Doing: * Load material for internal and external customers, ensuring accurate orders. * Assist with unloading shipments and pulling product for orders. * Operate equipment including trucks, tractors, forklifts, bobcats, and skid steer loaders. * Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, coworkers, and sales staff. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: * Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions. * Stand, walk, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, and lift objects frequently. * Consistently lift heavy loads weighing 50 pounds or more. Schedule: * Full-time Seasonal with typical Monday through Friday hours during peak season (April to November) and every other weekend rotation. * Overtime may be required as workload dictates. Skills Required: * Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. * Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. * 1-2 years of Warehouse or Material Handling experience preferred. * Ability or willingness to learn basic pruning skills and knowledge of plants * Ability or willingness to learn to operate various equipment.
