You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of HVAC products.  This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.      Duties and Responsibilities:  * Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.  * Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.  * Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.  * Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.  * Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.  * Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.  * Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).  * Other duties as assigned.     Qualifications and Requirements:  * Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.  * Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team-building) skills.  * Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.  * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.  * Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.     Requirements:  * High School diploma or equivalent.  * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the HVAC industry.  * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.  * Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.  * Current Forklift certification is preferred.     Benefits:   Health Insurance   Health Savings Account  Dental Insurance  Vision Insurance  Life Insurance  Disability Insurance (Short-term and Long-term)  Employee Assistance Program (EAP)  Tuition Reimbursement & Professional Development  Paid Vacation & Sick time  Company Paid Holiday's  401(k) Plan with Employer Match  Employee Discount Program     Invitation to Apply:  Full-time and part-time positions are available.
