Description Colours, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Hanover Township, PA. This role is vital to supporting our daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, receiving, and order fulfillment, all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is safety-focused and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately Maintain inventory control through proper documentation and organization Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Operate warehouse equipment as required (e.g, forklifts, pallet jackets) Follow all safety, quality and procedural standards Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts as needed Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and inventory systems Effective communication and teamwork Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail Commitment to safety procedures and protocols Safely lift, move and handle materials weight up to 75 lbs Why work for Colours?
