Your Role: • Pick, pack, and stock materials efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures (including part number verification and labeling). • Receive and inspect shipments, checking for damages, verifying quantities, and properly staging materials for put-away. • Transfer items to storage, ensuring accurate stocking in designated locations and following procedures for new items. • Verify orders for packing; ensure safe shipment and maintain a packing rate of 140 lines per hour after training. • Conduct inventory counts as directed and safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors). What we’re looking for: • High School Diploma or GED. • 1-3 months of warehouse experience or equivalent education/training. • Ability to read safety rules and follow procedures. • Strong math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). • Ability to follow instructions and solve basic problems. • Powered industrial truck certification may be required (training provided if needed).
