What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, on time, every time. Your responsibilities will include: Picking and packing customer orders accurately Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments Loading and unloading trucks Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Organizing inventory and maintaining warehouse cleanliness Supporting cycle counts and inventory accuracy Processing orders using warehouse software and tablets Assisting with warehouse improvement projects and facility maintenance Collaborating with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Sales teams Making occasional local deliveries using a company vehicle No two days are exactly the same, and that's part of what makes this role exciting.
