QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

This position requires:
· High School Diploma/GED
· Valid driving license during the entire 12 months prior to application and clean driving record
· 1-3 years’ experience driving a 20 foot box truck or larger.
· Min 1 year forklift experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Intermediate skills levels in both math and language
· Basic computer skills are required.

· Drive a box truck in a safe manner that follows traffic laws to deliver customer orders and pick up warranty items.
· Pull customer orders and prepare for deliveries by neatly and efficiently loading orders to be delivered.
· Pick up customer RMAs and ensure that all RMA paperwork/procedures have been followed.
· Actively engage in the maintenance of the company vehicle. Keep the vehicle clean/organized and notify management immediately if there are any problems.
· Safely use a forklift to load/unload trucks and move pallets of inventory to new locations in the warehouse.
· Assist with rotating of warehouse inventory to ensure that inventory moves using the FIFO method.
· Assist with receiving procedures, documenting order discrepancies and/or damaged goods at time of receipt.
· Assist with entering customer orders and processing payments as needed.
· Assist with picking customer orders for pickup.
