Job Overview The Associate Warehouse Disassembly plays a vital role in the disassembly and manual sortation of incoming electronic materials (including TVs, monitors, microwaves, and CPUs) for safe and efficient processing . Primary Responsibilities Always operate with the highest level of safety of self and others Dismantling and sorting of Universal and Electronic wastes Manage commodities within the disassembly space Proper segregation of electronic components Consolidation of Universal and E-wastes for outbound shipments Minimize breakage of Lead coating CRT and Mercury containing lamps Keep work area clean and follow all safety programs Clean work area before completion of shift Wear all personnel protective equipment (PPE) as needed; Kevlar sleeves with Kevlar gloves, work boots, and safety glasses Requirements Desired Qualifications Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation) Attention to detail, including safety guidelines and best practices Effective communication skills Compensation $20 hourly rate during training period Commission wages after first 3 weeks based on disassembled weight (earn up to $45+ per hour!)
