Warehouse Associate / Driver - Tampa, FL Work Location: Tampa, FL Salary: $17 to $18.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM (EST) Background Screen required Position Overview We are seeking a dependable individual to fulfill the dual role of driver and warehouse associate. This role is responsible for safely transporting documents between company locations and assisting with warehouse organization, storage, and document handling. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Driving Duties Safely operate company vehicles (cargo van or box truck) Pick up and deliver documents between company locations, post offices, and designated facilities Load and unload document boxes during daily routes Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols Serve as a backup driver for scheduled deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate transport Warehouse Duties Sort, organize, and store incoming documents and mail Box processed documents and place them on designated shelving Retrieve boxes for shredding and prepare documents for onsite shredding Dispose of documents into shred bins as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Operate pallet jacks and use ladders to store boxes on high shelving Qualifications Required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Prior driving experience Ability to lift and move items up to 60 lbs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Effective time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment Preferred Prior warehouse experience Experience using pallet jacks Pick-up and delivery experience Basic computer skills Can start ASAP Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods Regular lifting, carrying, and stacking of boxes up to 60 lbs Ability to use ladders and warehouse equipment safely Ability to work in varying weather conditions during deliveries Benefits Robust Medical package, dental, vision, and life insurance 6 PTO days annually 7 paid holidays with no wait time to qualify 401(k) retirement plan Ready to join our growing team?
