Description The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in supporting the operations and installation teams by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse. This position is responsible for receiving and labeling shipments, preparing job packets, organizing materials by project, maintaining accurate inventory, and assisting with occasional deliveries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, verify, and label all incoming shipments Assess shipments for damage and report discrepancies Maintain proper documentation and records for all inventory Organize and stage materials by project for efficient installer pickup Operate forklift to load and unload materials safely Assist with preparing installer packets for scheduled jobs Inventory Management Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile records Track and update inventory in warehouse management systems Report low-stock items and assist in restocking efforts Logistics & Delivery Support Support occasional deliveries and pickups as needed Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely distribution of materials Facility Maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow company safety guidelines and assist in enforcing OSHA compliance About Expo Home Improvement Expo Home Improvement, a top-rated Texas-based home remodeling company, specializes in high-quality bathroom, kitchen, and window remodels for residential customers since 2006. Requirements Required: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 80+ pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled environment Ability to safely climb and work on ladders, must be comfortable working at elevated heights.
