We prioritize customer satisfaction in all aspects of our business.   Job Summary: A warehouse team member is responsible for the day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor, including shipping/receiving, inventory movements and order picking.      Responsibilities: * Receives goods and verifies the quality and count of all items unloaded from trucks and trailers; checks against suppliers’ count and immediately reports discrepancies  * Verifies and records all items loaded for shipments * Notifies warehouse lead of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions * Prepares bills of lading and dray tickets for shipments  * Transports materials on shipping dock with a hand truck or other vehicle as needed * Loads trucks or using a forklift * Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude   * Collaborates and communicates with logistics coordinator  * Maintains a clean, organized area  * Performs other related duties as assigned   Required Skills * Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received * Basic understanding of dock, and warehouse procedures * Knowledge in inventory software and SAP preferred    Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent  * Forklift certified a plus   Physical Requirements:  * Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time Benefits: * Competitive Salary * Sponsored health & dental insurance (100% company-paid) * Sponsored life & disability insurance * 401(k) with 3% company contribution (after 1 year, no match required) * Paid Vacation * Career growth opportunities
