Description Position Summary: · Starting Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 hourly · 401K · Medical, Dental, Vision · Free term life policy paid for by employer. · Our order fulfillment center is a fast-paced, technology driven atmosphere with a sole focus on the customer and client. Order fulfillment specialist (picker/packers) to pick, pack and ship orders per company standards and procedures. The Order Picker/Packer is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the shipping/staging area in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Shipping and receiving, checking merchandises, and matching purchase order to sales orders (Picking) Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe Manage inventory through computer software Ability to work between multiple software Programs Requirements Preferred Skills: Organizational skills Time management skills Communication proficiency Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Must be able to physically participate in repetitive bending and lifting throughout the duration of your shift. Must be able to stand for the duration of our shift (mainly concrete style flooring). The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds COVID-19 precautions: Personal protective equipment provided or required Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Minimum Qualifications One year of prior warehouse experience preferred High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.
