We Are Looking For The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for work orders, shipping orders and requisitions, receiving, storing, packaging and distributing aircraft parts and ground support equipment (GSE), while performing packaging, lot receiving and cycle count job functions safely, accurately, and efficiently for all Business Units. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) * Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applications * Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks * Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory * Package parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure that the parts are fully protected and compliant to customer specifications * Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company’s network drive and applications * Pull parts from specific locations within the warehouse and stage them in areas for preparation of shipments * Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods * Validate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed or cycle counted via appropriate computer program * Weigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standards * Assist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventory * Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed * Maintain quality service by following organization standards * Other duties as assigned What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills): * A high school diploma or GED preferred * No prior experience is required; on-the-job training provided * Eager to learn and follow instructions with strong attention to detail * Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Basic verbal and written communication skills to report issues and follow directives * Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures under supervision Special Requirements: * U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. * ITAR requirement * 120.15.
