ROLE OVERVIEW

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, packing, receiving, and returns processing. Additional duties include loading/unloading containers, inventory counting, and administrative tasks as required.
This role also requires First Aid Level 2 certification, as you will be a key point of support in maintaining a safe workplace and responding to any on-site incidents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Receiving, checking, and putting away inbound shipments.
· Accurately picking and packing customer and store orders.
· Processing returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
· Maintaining inventory accuracy and organization.
· Following warehouse policies and safety procedures at all times.
· Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
. Providing First Aid support as a certified First Aid Level 2 attendant when required, and assisting in maintaining a safe work environment.
