In this role, you will be responsible for: Staging work orders Organize stock and maintain inventory Inspect products for defects and damages Load and unload trucks Deliver materials to job sites using company vehicles Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately Help process warranty claims Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily Additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of three year's driving experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent HVAC industry knowledge and experience are highly desirable Basic automobile repair knowledge is desirable Persistence in conquering objectives Skill in both verbal and written communication Strong computer skills are essential, computer proficiency with Microsoft applications Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment Ability to lift or move heavy items Ability to work weekends as needed Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons The physical requirements of this job include: Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work. Ability to drive. Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces. Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch. The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow.
