Position: Warehouse Associate-Forklift Operator
Location: Essa (Barrie, Ontario)
Pay: Between $18.00-$19 per hour
Employment Type: Part-time, Seasonal, On Call

HOURS:

· August–December: 6–24 hours/week
· Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
One of our clients is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support their operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining organization, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 1 year of experience in order picking, inventory handling, or warehouse operations.
· Ability to lift, push, and move packages up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 60 lbs).
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Forklift experience & license is required.
· Valid driver’s license preferred.

· Pack, sort, count, and label products with precision.
· Build, pack, wrap, and label shipments on skids accurately.
· Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pump truck (indoor and outdoor work).
· Move products between the warehouse and outdoor storage areas.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
· Report issues and assist the Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
· Perform additional tasks to support the warehouse team.
